All apartments have free WIFI internet connection and access to free DVD library and heated ski & boot room with guest WC. There is private parking outside the house.

Apartment ’Alpenrose’ / House (2 bedrooms)
Set over 2 floors the apartment is an extension to the main building and feels more like a separate house or annex giving extra privacy. Having undergone complete refurbishment, this attractive 80 m2 apartment sleeps 4-6 adults comfortably and has original oak parquet flooring in all the rooms. The spacious accommodation includes – Upstairs: 2  spacious double bedrooms with Austrian size double beds (2 x 3ft Mattresses), 1 with additional ‘daybed’ (full size single mattress) and the other with additional wash basin, both with access to the large south and west facing balcony, a newly fitted and fully tiled shower room/WC. Downstairs: a large, double-aspect, south-facing living/dining room with corner sofa/bed (double), single ‘daybed’ and two armchairs, SAT TV, DVD player CD/MP3 player, large dining table seating 6-8, a separate, well equipped, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine/ dryer, full size ceramic hob and oven, microwave, fridge, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, iron/ironing board.

Prices in Summer: From €80 Euros up to €110 Euros per night inclusive of the Summer Card.

Prices in Winter: From €100 Euros up to €145 Euros per night (excluding New Year).

Prices include the provision of all linen and towels. There is an end cleaning and laundry charge of €60 for Apartment Alpenrose.

Apartment ‘Edelweiss’ (1 Bedroom)

A beautifuly refurbished and luxurious, first floor, 1 bed apartment of 45 m2, comfortably sleeping 2-4 adults or a family of 4/5. The accommodation includes: a double aspect, south facing, double/family bedroom with large English double bed and full size (comfortable) single day bed; a good size newly refurbished shower room; living/dining room with double sofa bed, flat screen sat’ tv, dvd, cd player and well equipped kitchen area including, full size electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kitchen sink/drainer, washing machine/dryer, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, iron/ironing board, dining area with table seating 2-5. Very large wrap around balcony with delightful views over the cross country ski track, the  Ramsau Plateau, the Enns Valley, the Tauern Mountains and the Dachstein.

Prices in Summer: From €60 Euros up to €90 Euros per night (inclusive of the Summer Card).

Prices in Winter: From €80 Euros up to €120 Euros per night (excluding New Year).

Prices include all linen and towels. There is an end cleaning charge of €40.

Apartment ‘Enzian’ (2 Bedrooms)

Apartment Enzian is a cosy and attractive, newly refurbished, apartment on the second floor of 60 m2. The accomodation includes: 2 Double bedrooms:-1 double, south facing, bedroom with access to the south-facing balcony and 1 double/family room with double bed (can be separated into 2 singles) and full size single ‘day bed’, with views of the Dachstein Mountain. There is a newly refurbished and fully tiled shower room with ‘his and hers’ double washbasins and a separate WC with wash-hand basin. There is also a kitchen/dining room with attractive ’shaker’ style kitchen units, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, family sized fridge, coffee filter machine, kettle, toaster, iron/ironing board and a cosy traditional Austrian style corner dining bench with table and additional chairs to seat 6, 2 additional armchairs, a flat screen TV/DVD/CD player, access to the south-facing balcony.
Prices in Summer: From €70 Euros up to €100 per night (inclusive of summer card).

Prices in Winter: From €90 Euros up to €130 Euros per night (excluding New Year).

Prices to include all linen and towels etc.There is an end cleaning and laundry charge of €50 for Apartment Enzian.

For all stays there is also a local tourist tax of €1.80 per adult, (age 15 & over), per night.
